The difference between fat and fit!

If you are overweight like me and have always been overweight like I have then you probably believe like I did that skinny people just don't eat. Most of us big people if the truth be known truly believe we don't eat any more than anyone else does, so it can't be our fault. This is another reason why the journal is so important because it really opens your eyes.
Here are the numbers to it for a male for every pound you weigh to maintain the weight you are now you should consume 12 calories a day, so for example if you weigh 300 pounds then 300 x 12 =3600. For a female its 10 calories per pound so a 300 pound lady averages 3000 calories a day. By reducing that number to 3000 a day for men and to 2500 a day for ladies you can lose 50 pounds in a year! That's right at a pound a week. I GUARANTEE you that's not much food you have to cut back on. When that is the number of calories in one order of fries. The difference between fat and fit is really not that much!
